SAMSUNG: BUY AND GET DID NOT GIVE ME MY FREE TRIP

During the month of December Samsung ran a campaign , whereby if you buy a Samsung product, you will get a free trip to any Protea destination up to the value of R4,000. I bought a Samsung fridge which qualified me for this offering, followed all necessary steps and administrative paper work and finally chose my holiday destination at the Umhlanga Rocks Protea Hotel. I went on and submitted by request to Buy and Get about 6 weeks ago.<br> <br> I have sent both Samsung and Buy and Get numerous emails and requests to attend to my email but I have not gotten a response, Samsung tells me to call Buy and Get, I call Buy and Get and they send me back again in full circle.<br> <br> I feel like Samsung misrepresented the public by this offering just to boost their sales and the company that runs this offering is just an *********** front of a company to waste our time and lie to us.<br> <br> Can Samsung please look into this matter and Buy and Get please get their act together and reply to my emails.
