Buyandget shocking service

I recently bought a samsung product and qualified for the accommodation at a Protea Hotel. I phoned the call centre to make a booking. They informed me that they will send me the forms to complete. A week later nothing so I phoned again (holding for 14minutes) and when I eventually got through they said they will send the forms....<br> I received the forms on 19Jan and send them back on 20Jan. I have had no feedback since then, following up with 6 emails and phoning everyday just to hold for 10minutes and being cut off. This is shocking. I cant seem to make a booking. Samsung needs to take hold of this as they are partnering with them. Shocking!!
