Buyandget is more like buy and don't get

Buyandget is more like buy and don't get! Why does a huge name brand like Samsung sign up with a company that cannot fulfil their promises? I bought a Samsung fridge with the promise of R6000 vouchers. The last 5 months have now been cancelled. They say it was a network issue! A network issue? how convenient for them! Now they get to keep R2000 of MY money for themselves! It took months to even get a correct pin to use and then got our first voucher in August 2020. (have the text message still) so they divide the money over 12 month. Now march 2021 and oh no more vouchers! Disgusting!! People need to be made aware of this! They make life so difficult that I think most people just give up. Well I won't. I want what was promised to me! What is rightly mine!
