Buyandget failure to back up Samsung deal

Supposedly I qualify for a R4 000 weekend away for two at any Protea Hotel as part of a Samsung promotion.<br> After several attempts to book at Protea Hotel Knysna it seems that either the hotel is reneging on the Samsung deal or the whole promotion is a ****.<br> An online check showed that there are rooms available over the weekend(s) requested.<br> I have contacted Buyandget, Samsung and Protea Hotels - with no response.<br> On Monday, December 21 Deunaine van Niekerk from Buyandget read my complaint.<br> The Samsung online customer care person simply suggested I contact Buyandget - which is the problem.
