Any company that uses BuyandGet as a rewards partner is insane and doesn't care about their brand

I'm in marketing and I would strongly recommend anyone considering using this outfit as a partner in a rewards program not use them because of the damage they would inflict on your brand.

The sign-on to this programme via a Samsung rewards effort was appalling, and only happened because of repeated complaints. Once signed up a couple of my vouchers expired days within redeeming them from the platform. I raised this issue with Buy and Get, repeatedly, first with Fanky, and then with Amin. In both instances there were promises to resolve the issue.

The last email I sent garnered this response: As per sector 6.6 in our terms and conditions it stipulates; any voucher that has not been redeemed (off the platform)will be forfeited.

I had redeemed the vouchers off the platform, and attempted to use them on MRD and lodged a complaint when they did not go through. So all within the ambit of that T&C.

Quoting that T&C point is obfuscation at best, ***** at worst.

Ultimately the issue was not resolved and I have around R1000.00 in expired vouchers.
