A **** and terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrified by their lack of abillity to help. We bought a Samsung Frontloader on the 24th of December and still nothing. I have sent over 5 emails after they keep giving us excuses as to why they can't further the gift. I have sent EVERYTHING. From the tax invoice to ID copies to Customer copy to tax invoice copy and still there is a lack of customer service. Nothing just emails with different things to send I'm running out of ****** proof to send here hello. It's a **** and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to buy a samsung product in support of this *******.
