DISHONEST SUPPLIER - BE WARNED

In good faith bought two bosch gas stoves from BuyZA [URL Removed] and paid R8500 (two stoves plus transport) at the end of September. Their website promises great service and 24 hour delivery. They are supposedly a family business located in Polokwane (Pietersberg). At no stage did they indicate that the goods were not local stock.<br> <br> When I received the tracking number from BuyZA it turns out the goods were being brought in from a warehouse in Kenya. The courier company they used is Federated Logistics. On 2 October I received a note from Federated Logistics stating that the stoves had been held by customs and that R3610 in import duty was payable. I duly paid Federated the R3610 and they now have reverted with a request for a further R3610 as it is supposedly for each stove.<br> <br> Of course it is now impossible to get hold of BuyZA and their phone just rings and goes to voicemail.<br> <br> I still have no delivery of the stoves. Federated Logistics are also totally unhelpful.<br> <br> There is no doubt in my mind that BuyZA is a dishonest supplier and that they are simply ******** customers. <br> <br> BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BUYZA - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED (AND OUT OF POCKET)
