Bad company to buy from, no communication nothing from them

Last on the 1/06/2021,i bought 5 solar lights from them then within 3 days they were delivered. Upon opening the package and inspecting the lights out of 5 2 lights are not working I said to myself maybe they are not fully charged let me charge them for 2 days then after that I realised that they are not working then I sent them an email telling about the lights, to my surprise they were so quick to respond and they arranged a courier to collect them from me and that was the last time I heard from them 🤔. Since June 2021 I have been sending them emails enquiring about my lights but no respond then in December I sent them an email and they responded after a week asking if I haven't received my lights and I responded and told them I haven't received anything.I have been requesting them to bring my lights as loadshedding is troubling but they are not responding anymore. I have lost trust in them they are not people to trust with your money.
