BUY SWOP SELL ON FACEBOOK ARE *****S!!!!!!

My 13kg Samsung Diamond Head washing machine broke and I found a contact on facebook that bought broken washing machines, I contacted them and within a couple of days a guy named Armand King came to collect my broken machine and offered a meagre R200 for my machine. He in turn told me that they sell 2nd hand washing machines as well, and I bought a bigger one than the one I had for R1999.00. I received an invoice under the company name of "APPLIANCE CRUSADERS" with an address of 11 Macon Road Lorraine, Port Elizabeth. This machine came with a 3 month guarantee from date of delivery being the 10.08.2019. This machine stopped working before the end of December 2019 - it was still under guarantee! I tried and tried to get a hold of both the numbers found on the invoice to eventually a few weeks later getting through to someone named Retah Schreiber who works with Armand King - who has promised since January 2019 - to date - that they will come out and have a look at this machine, WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED! I have been without a washing machine since January 2020 and after countless phone calls and wattsapps I am now coming to Hello Peter to warn others of these people that are quick to collect your goods and offer you peanuts for your goods, and also who do not hold to their word!
