Cheap Generic damaged Pair of Sunglasses supp****

Went onto Buy Shades online site, ordered 2 pairs of Prada Sunglasses, one came in good condition, what seemed to be original Prada Sunglasses, the other came with bent arms, faulty hinges which is visible from the outer side and the logo one the one side faded and smudged in comparison to the other. When I put my query through and asked for an exchange of sunglasses,I sent photos etc, they came back to me not willing to make the exchange and said they don't do after sale service and under no circumstances do they do an exchange or refund. My personal experience, rather use smart buy sunglasses as they will replace if any problems and they don't sell generic sunglasses.
