Watch / sunglasses web store won't deliver

Bought a watch from one of their sites - www.buyluxurywatches.co.za and it has never been delivered. The contact person and probably owner calling himself Darus Steenkamp just have excuses and refuses to provide the watch or a refund. It is now since July 2019 (8 months) So basically, they stole my money. I suspect they have more websites selling watches and sunglasses, as well as ****s. Any website connected to the e-mail address *** should be avoided.
