Luxury watch company *****s your money

I ordered a watch on line in November 2019. After 3 weeks they came back and said they had a problem with an overseas order and asked if I would like my money back. I said yes. Since then various messages have bee going back and forth and suddenly no response. They stole my money. How can I get it back.
