Poor service.

I bought groceries for my mom two weeks back(before the lockdown) and I haven't received it yet. You not answering your phones and ignoring my texts. My mom can't walk and stand in the queue because of health reasons and she doesn't have food in the house anymore while you guys are just sitting with my money and ignoring my texts.
