Pathetic Service, no communication and no refunds

<p>I recently bought a few items from BuyFast. A week after making payment i was told that some of the items was out of stock. I was offered a refund on the out of stock items. Another week has passed and still no refund. I asked for the whole order to be cancelled and still no money was refunded. The staff is pathetic. Phoning is useless, emails are never answered. The so-called CEO, Vincent Dai promises service delivery yet there is no improvement. If you are in this same situation I have a contact number for Vincent Dai l, ********** . And please do not ever make business with this company.</p>
