No service delivery, runaway with goods after being returned damaged. #*******ofacompany

<p>I have had the utmost dispicable service from the so called Customer Service Manager. &nbsp;Who by the way needs to back into training as he has no customer service behind him at all.</p> <p>I have had to return an item twice, once as it was faluty and not working properly and the sencond time as the item was damaged in transit as it was not wrapped properly. I still have not received the replace item for the dmaged one returned. Its been well over a month and nothing! Just does not respond to emails and you cannot phone the number for customer services as it does not work.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;They refuse to give the owner or main mangers name or details to lay an official complaint.</p> <p>&nbsp;I now feel that have ****** from me, runaway with my money. They just dont care! Is this the type of service we get for being inncocent buyers. I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND that you DO NOT BUY from buyfast. Rather by from Take-alot as you will received your goods and you will not get treated badly and they will not runaway with your money. &nbsp;</p>
