Company Ts&Cs not up to date

So they insist you read and agree to their Ts&Cs but they don't follow up to it. I receive a document stating that they courier overnight with a fee of R80-130 for each batch. And so i get quoted R130 for courier. Next day i do a follow up on my order, i am told i didnt pay for overnight, i send them their document highlighting what they said i should agree upon, i am told its an old document from 8years ago. And from what i know, by law, their documents should be renewed annually. No apology given, but back and forth emails of reasoning with the lady. I wouldn't recommend them.
