Please beware of Buurman Projekte.

We had the owner come give us a quote on replacement of carpets with liminated flooring.

This was done with an out going tenant in the rental unit.

We emphaticically stated that we do not have an installation date. I was asked to supply my cell number. I received a call told of dates he could install. I again, stated, we do not have a date for installation. He even then did not state he had bought the stock! Or acknowledged receipt of monies!

We, however, had chosen the colour of laminated flooring, received a quote, showing a 80% deposit was required prior to installation.

We immediately transferred the 80% deposit on receipt of the quote, requesting acknowledgement of receipt of this money.

To date owner has not acknowledged receipt of money.

When all the owners of rental came together, decision was that no laminated flooring, due to being made from pressed wood.

Owner was immediately informed by e-mail that we will not be installing laminated flooring stating our reasons. Requested a refund of deposit.

To date, owner is dancing around refunding monies, stating he had already gone and bought the linating as we had chosen a colour!

He said he would return stock to his supplier and refund within two days. No monies seen!

Since then searched Facebook and found owner boasting of being a supplier of laminating flooring directly to the public from 18/09/19, 3 days after our quote!

On e-mail correspondence, owner keeps on delaying refunding due to supplier and bank.

Beware that you do not find yourself in the same position.
