Poor Healthcare service

Poor service and rude old staff members. A woman called Mabhayi who is supposedly in charge in the absence of the manager closed her office door at my face. I sat unattended for an hour and after that was told that they are closing. She judged me saying I have a negative attitude. Tried calling the manager but he was on a meeting in East London. I am very disappointed. Angry even.
