Pathetic quality goods- brides****s dresses

I received the most pathetic brides****s dresses from Magdeleen Posthuma from Butterrum. She custom made 3 brides****s dresses for my wedding in March 2019. I ordered them in January, stating that I wanted them done by mid March. Two days before my wedding she told me they are ready for collection. I sent my now husband to collect it as I was running other errands before the wedding. When they arrived I openend one to make sure they were right. When I picked the first dress up from the packaging, the dress literally fell apart. The stiches went loose and this was before it was even worn. When I wrote to her expressing my concern, she blamed the brides****s that they did not handle the dresses with the necessary caution. The zips of all the dresses were too long, causing the material to buldge under the arms. It was of such a pathetic quality that they could not even be worn. I had to buy new bride****s dresses 2 days before my wedding.
