Butterfly wedding releases ***********

this man is a *********** , i ordered butterflies from him in order to release them on my wedding day ,we paid this man in full a week in advance and did not receive our order in time, after multiple attempts to contact him, he did not answer our calls or text messages eventually my brother got hold of him and his reply was I'm looking into the matter and to date he did not come back to us ,when we did receive the butterflies it came in a beat up creamora box and the butterflies were dead , till now he refuses to take our calls and pay our money back
