Disgusting service

Yesterday around 5pm I visited butterfield @ the workshop and I ordered one Donut and one ring Donut and the short lite in complexion lady that was serving me got extremely rude. She said why don't I buy the chocolate ring Donut ? I said no thanks I know what I want, plus I don't eat chocolate and she rep**** well the ring Jam Donuts you want are very hard and they are staled. I was why do you still have it here then displayed for customers ? She said none of your business, you know what I shouldn't have told you that they are staled. I should've jus given it to you and see where were you gonna complain, she was saying all these things with the other ladies laughing they are hearts out. I asked if I can get the owners details. She showed me one of the ladies that was laughing with then earlier on and she said this is the manager and the owner, whatever you need to say, say it to her. I really never have been embarrased in my life before, and be made a fool. I will never go back to that butterfield as the staff are so rude and got no clue on customer service and dealing with customers and telling customers that they sell stale Donuts. I really wonder how they were trained!
