Ribon Stitched on skew!!!!

Im busy setting up the nursery and we went to Buttercup kids to order a mosquito net, we were told delivery will take place in 4 weeks, we went to collect after 4 weeks only to find the order was not ready. i live in Centurion and went all the way to Cresta, first to order, then to collect, the owner was nice enough to offer to deliver which she did, when we took the net out the packet I noticed the ribbon is stitched on skew and not neat at all, It looks like something that was done by a 5 year old. I called buttercup kids 3 times and was promised the owner would get back to me, to date she hasn't. <br> <br> I will never order anything from them again, the net cost R260 and i have already spent double that on petrol. I would not recommend them to any new moms, trust me you will be disappointed!!!
