Parts not delivered but have some attitude instead

I bought a cot which I am very happy with. Problem came in when I was moving house only to find they did not leave an Allen Key in the delivery pack. I called the owner who has the biggest attitude on earth and could not care less about her customers. after a heated telephone conversation this is subsequent communication:<br> <br> Good day, Boitumelo.<br> <br> In all due respect.
