EXTREME POOR SERVICE FROM BUTTANUTT PAARL

Buttanutt Paarl has taken my shopping list on their request and completed it incorrectly. When I asked if my products are correct they said there is one missing that caused me to buy another one. When I arrived home the order was incorrect. Upon my complaint they did a refund, but accused me as the customer that it was my fault. The complaints manager cannot give me a date as to when they will pick it up and she told me that they bend over backwards to accommodate my complaint which was all their mistake from the beginning. This is the SECOND time that they made a mistake with my order!
