So sorry... again...& again... & again!!

We have been regular customers of Butlers pizza N1 city for the past few years, and have always believed that mistakes can happen and the chance to change. However after your pizza order is wrong literally almost 20 times in a row after repeatedly requesting special instructions on your account, then it is more than ridiculous. Then agreeing to free pizzas and then not remembering that they’d agreed to it!! Absolutely livid.
