Not a Monday Deal at the N1 City Butlers

Monday deal not so much a Monday deal after all. Called into Butlers N1 City to place an order for 2 pizzas based on my previous orders in order to get the 3 for 2 Monday deal. Monday Deal: Buy 2 - get 3rd free pizza to the same value or lesser value they advertise. Not quite at the N1 City Branch managed by Steven , it’s only Monday deal if you mention a 3rd pizza! Possibly the worst customer service both from an employee level and staff level. If Butlers is going go carry on regarding themselves as “Cape Town’s No 1 Pizza” then the service provided by Layla and Steven at the N1 City branch certainly requires training and customer s****s.
