No longer Cape Town's no 1 pizza

The decline in product quality started some months ago, when pepperoni was missing from a pizza, despite having paid for this topping. The low carb pizza base was barely sliced and was very tough. Butler's always used to have a good quality product without the usual allergens and additives and good service. Thereafter the two next orders looked as if the pizzas were transported on their sides or at a steep angle. All the toppings were on one side of the box and slipped off the base. The bases also tough and needing to be sliced with effort. We still gave Butler's the benefit of the doubt. As Butler's provide the low carb option, we decided this evening that perhaps we were just unlucky and would give it another chance. This was the wrong decision, unfortunately. Tough base, with the topping having slid off and stuck to the cardboard on the side of the box... again. Butler's has proven that their product quality is no longer of concern to them and neither apparently is retaining loyal customers. We shall not order from them again.
