Excellent Customer Service

I have always thought Butler's were a few steps ahead the rest, in terms of food and service.

They recently solidified this even further, there was an error where my order was sent to the wrong branch. I was extremely impressed at how quickly they rectified this and went above and beyond by offering the order free of charge.

In a day and age where customer service is seriously lacking, Butler's know exactly how to handle a situation out of the ordinary and they actually care about their customers.
