Disgusted

<p>I will never forget the experience I had at butlers Pizza in Mowbray this evening. Me and my boyfriend were attacked by an employee who a name is Smarty because we apparently parked at "the wrong place." He started by verbally insulting us and then physically attacking my boyfriend and while this was happening the staff and drivers just watched and did nothing. No security was at sight. People who were passing with their cars stopped him and I then called the manager and she could not even have the decent to check if the customers are OK instead spoke to me over the phone at first denied that the guy works for butlers when I described him. But when I told her he's name she then said she knows him . And all she said was she will have a word with him. I'm disgusted in the fact that me and my boyfriend were victims of such and felt so helpless all in the name of collecting an order. For such a big company to allow hooligans such as SMARTY does not make sense at all. I am very disappointed and shocked as I've been a customer for a very long time. I will never order anything from the shop again. </p>
