NO SERVICE - NO CONFIRMATION ON ORDER OR DELIVERY
I ordered coffee monthly and since the end of last year I struggle every month to place an order and I do find this unacceptable. <br> 1) Orders are not confirmed,<br> 2) Delivery is not prompt and delivery instructions is not followed.<br> 3) Every month I have a new salesperson and the did not notify me of changes and they do not keep an eye on the e-mails of the one who left. <br> 4) I did not receive any notifications or any communication.<br> It was never the case - I was at first impressed and I was always informed of special offers etc . Communication does not exist in the company and I am not pleased with the ordering system or the delivery of my items. <br>

Thank you for raising this awareness with us. Having been in business for over twenty years, we appreciate the feedback, as it enables us to improve our systems and service.
As discussed yesterday, we have raised your concern with our Sales & Marketing team, and have escalated it to our Managing Director, and as a team have implemented immediate refresher training of our staff. This will ensure that our Standard Operating Procedure of confirming both orders and delivery thereof with you will happen. With regards to changing staff, we believe in cross-functional training, in order for our staff to gain experience. We have raised this with Marketing who will be sure to inform you of any such training and/or changes.
As a long standing and valued client of our Aquila D'oro Coffee, we would like to mention that we have just launched the Aquila D'oro House Blend, which we have spent time developing in order to offer our clients a new, unique coffee with a luxurious flavour you expect from Aquila D'oro. We have sent you a sample and look forward to your feedback.
