Rude and expensive

I went to Butlers Carwash at Cape Gate Shopping centre. I paid R220 for a mini valet plus while I was shopping. When I came back the receptionist had no idea where my car was parked and told me to go look for it. While wondering around with a ton of shopping the owner or manager spoke to me. He was incredibly unhelpful and rude, telling me not to get upset lady. When I finally found my car WITHOUT his help, my windscreen and driver window was smeared and my passenger front seat was soaking wet. APPALLING!!
