******* into joining a holiday club

I met a group of their sales consultant on the 12th of June 2015 at Jubilee Mall in Temba (Hammanskraal) and Shanaaz explained to me the different products that Butler & Noble was offering. I became interested because of one thing in those products that they were selling which had to do with holiday bookings whereby they would be able to assist in finding and booking accommodation for you. Then I filled in their application forms and we agreed that I would initially call her to confirm the agreement of the product, that I would like them to offer me but when I tried to called her she did not answer, I tried their office but they have since been sending me from pillar to post, I even sent them several emails but they have since said they are investigating as they deducted the amount of money that I did not agree with them to deduct in my account. I only filled in an application form and gave them my account number but they did not take it in the form of a debit order and that was not explained to me, as I was of the opinion that it was going to be taken bit by bit as I cannot afford it hence I told Shanaaz that it could work best if it is taken in instalments, but to my surprise...
