mislead

on the 09.02.2018 I was at Durban boulevard hotel I was called by joseph and his partner a white lady by the name of Candice to their presentation I went with my wife and daughter we were attracted by their products and joined we paid deposit of R 3000 they asked us to finish in three months the total amount was R14000 FOR booking of hotel they promised us for Good discount on hotels accommodations and other services like plumbing household assistance we had plumbing problem and call them they promised but nothing happened we again call them to help us with booking as promised in JBURG again nothing happened so we started doubting this company I'm appealing to the ombudsman to intervene in this matter because I believe i.m not the only one who has been cheated by this ****
