Poor Service - BUTER Properties

Hi everyone,<br> I would like to warn all to stay away from BUTER Properties, unless you are prepared for poor service and passing the buck attitude.<br> <br> I'm a renting tenant and this Rental Agent is *********** to resolve & respond to my issues in a timely fashion. I recently moved into a brand new town house in Willow Creek Estate, Brackenfell and from day one we've had issues with this place. I will not list all the issues, but will list one example that showcase why BUTER Properties is *********** & useless.<br> <br> On 8/03/16 I opened the garage door and the door almost fell onto my car(could have led to excessive damage!!). This happened due to the door not being designed to operate without an electric motor(not fitted by the property owner to save money). <br> <br> Informed Judy Buter on 8/03/16. Her response below<br> \I phoned ###. He will send someone today to sort the garage door.<br> They are suppose to put a stopper at the back to stop the door when you lift it up.<br> If the doors are not automated, this can happen.\"<br> <br> Nobody ever came out to fix the door and my car now stood outside for 7 Days! 15/03/16 and today I get told \"the garage people will be phoned\"<br> <br> Stay FAR AWAY from BUTER Properties."
