Absolutely appalling service from Buter Properties. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We’ve been struggling for over three weeks just to get our full deposit back — something that should be straightforward and timely. Instead, we’re met with nothing but vague excuses and the same useless response every time: “I will follow up.”

This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this agency at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored and endlessly chasing your own money.
