Worst service , burnt food and ill treatment

If it were possible I would give a negative rating I'm coming from this particular branch as I'm typing . I have never in my I've been treated with such disrespect, the worst thing Is this treatment is coming directly from the manager Lucas. We had booked a table for 7 , we walked the place looked good as we wanted a change from Hillcrest and the pier . We were seated at a table first thing we notice is hair n the table , we informed them they wiped that section. Secondly glasses were not entirely clean we over looked that. Little did we know thing were about to get worse, we ordered and our food arrived . The food was burnt and only one person had a decent plate from all 7 of us , OK we called a waitress to help address this issue she then went and called the manager who did not introduce himself we later found out from the staff his name and job title. So as I addressed the issue of the burnt food he the responded "he does not see the issue with the food " of which I then asked him to taste It as it tasted bitter due to burnt taste and it was dry. He then said "fine he will swap it out " in saying that his saying it in the most arrogant manner . My husband then asked what about the other 5 Lucas then said " what about them " and he left us there walked away never to be seen and at this point we are irritated and the staff says they don't know where he went . We were stuck with burnt Food so 4 of us having failed to eat the food and other 3 have tried and just barely eaten half we asked for the bill and Lucas so he can atleast offer an apology , we sat for over an hour and we eventually left with no assistance and us feeling belittled and starving so we after paying the bill we asked where is the nearest fast food place and we were directed to it . What got to me the most is the way we were spoken and treated and when we asked contact details of the franchisee and support office we were told none were available and eventually told to Google their head office details.
