Unacceptable delays

After paying the Mall of the South Butcher Block IN FULL for a Christmas lunch booking, I was informed that lunch was cancelled due to lack of interest (I’m not surprised now). Nearly one month later, I STILL haven’t received my refund after being given a few excused and then being told the refund had been processed! Ridiculous and unacceptable. I definitely won’t EVER eat at any Butcher Block restaurant!
