Raw food and poor service

We were a table of 8 and all ordered our food at the same time. One person received their food after about 10 minutes after placing the order, someone else received their food after another 10 minutes and the rest of us received our food 50 minutes after placing the order. Over and above that, one of the orders was chicken livers which were served to the person raw. The service was absolutely non-existent and the raw chicken livers were completely unacceptable. The waiters tip was automatically added to the bill but this was not earned in any way. Very very disappointed and will not return there.
