Poor service and portion cuts

I have visited Butcher Block at Sibaya numerous times and always enjoyed their R89 lunch time special. On the last few occasions, the service was very slow and my last visit a few weeks ago was disappointing as I ordered the lunch special and was given half the portion that they usually served. When I left the restaurant I was still hungry and would like to express my displeasure at the new portion sizes. The service was also extremely slow and I expected a manager to come to see if we were ok with our meals and no one did, so I could not complain directly except to the waiter who did nothing about it. You have lost a loyal customer Butcher Block.
