Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never return to any butcher block!!!

This has to be the worst experience ever at the holiday Inn express branch in umhlanga!!!!. Went in for a simple lunch, ordered a steak,it came sauceless, its was like just a sirloin with no sauce!!!. They had no eisbein which my dad wanted, we understood and took something else which was their ribs special, the ribs had more bone than meat! You pay more for the bone than meat!!. My mum ordered a chicken schnitzel which was pathetic... We ordered the calamari starter and it came less that 5 tubes! And their lemon butter sauce was just oil!!!! No taste or even an aftertaste of lemon butter... it was just oil or water in there, i complained to the waitor who should have called the manager but did not, all she said was its like that , they can't do anything about it!. And especially since our bill came to R580, I expected better food!!! . The waiters personality was amazing however the food was not great at all, i had to ask for more sauce for my steak as it came dry.. and your portion sizes are gone even smaller, i understand it is covid and you guys are trying to recover money, but don't do that to customers, i paid R580 to eat a horrible meal and then go get food from elsewhere because we were so dissatisfied!!!. And this is not the first time this happened with the butcher block group, the last time the gas was not working at sibaya, we waited 2 hours with no food or drinks on our table,all they said was they should be up and running in 2 hours and this was last year new years day!!!. They made me write my details and I expected a call back, I had no call back... Pathetic, really pathetic!! When I went to the branch again to have supper, I asked about my follow up call, i have yet to receive it! I will never return to such a horrible restaurant again, no matter the branch, its the same horrible service everywhere!!!
