Highly irritated

The worse experience ever i went to butcher block last week Wednesday the 26 june I was so excited to visit this place but gosh the waitress that we had did not even come check up on us once whenever we needed something we had to call her, the food came cold which we had the send it back from the steak to the ribs, chips and mash, this place isn't low key and we expected value but unfortunately this wasn't the case. It was so disappointing! Honestly if i could have walked out i would have but my fiance insisted that we stayed because we already started with our meals. The so called manager Jeanine called me on Thursday to find out what happened i explained everything to her from our orders to what happened because i didn't remember the waitress name i told her that i had gotten food poisoning and she was shocked and told me she will get back to me but it us Monday already 12:00 and she hasn't gotten back to me with feedback and I am highly irritated to know that this place doesn't not care about the people that dine at butcher block
