Burnt food and rude manager (Lucas)

I was there 2 hours or so ago even now I can not sleep due to how infuriates I am due to service we received. Thought it would a great Change from going to the onein Hillcrest. 1. There was hair on the table ,2. Glasses werent that clean and 3 what really ticked me off and got me as Infuriated as I am currently is the manner the manager handle our issue with the burnt food. Out 7 people only 1 had a decent plate and the rest of us had burnt meat to the point it was bitter and the manger says he sees nothing wrong with the food. So we took pics and asked the other staff and the second manger on duty if they personally would eat this and they also said No . The way the food was so dry and burnt even my dogs would not eat it and the manager says there is nothing wrong . If honestly that is the standard of Butcher block umhlanga then WOW. We then asked for the guy we spoke too to come back but nothing waited over an hour fo him still nothing. The way we were **** to feel irrelevant and like nuisances did not seat well with me, after settling the bill we the asked for directions to the nearest fast food place AS were still starved and had failed to consume those coals they called our meal. Only 1 person from a group of Seven was able to eat and enjoy his food. The rest of us paid R1700 for something we through in the trash when we left.
