Bad service

Hi.

I literally had one of the worse experience at butcher block Florida road. First there was a mishap of waiter. Which delayed our orders. Then when our actual waiter comes and we order. The caijan ceaser salad didn’t have everything that was listed in the menu. Then we order desert and we had to eat dessert with a wooden fork. The waiters tell us after that they are missing cutlery. There is only one 1 hot chocolate cup in the whole store. Just one ☝️. Unbelievable.

I might be one person but I’ll sure spread the word the kind of service. I’m sure never returning again. 1 cup for the whole store. You had to wait for another person to finish they got chocolate before you can get yours
