Bad Customer experience

<p>I went to Butcher Block Steak House in Florida road,Durban at 18:01 to have supper and the waiter came at about 18:08 and dropped of the menu.</p> <p>I waited for over 20mins and nobody came back to me to take my order or offer me anything to drink...the waiters were there moving around and others were standing and talking by the counters...others could actualy see me looking around for a waiter to assist me but nothing happened..until I decided to stand up and leave at 18:30'''and the waiters that were by the counters saw me stand up and leave but nobody did anything about that...i was so disappointed with how they treat us as customers.</p>
