Moldy biltong disgrace

I bought biltong from Makro Cornubia yesterday and I was disappointed to use it for hosting s party today and it's moldy. I was so embarrassed when a guest came with it too stow me. I'm so disappointed by the product. Worst part is the packaging doesn't even have a complaints email to send the pictures to.
