Bad Management

I took my family 6 of us to Butcher Boys Umhlanga Rocks on Saturday Night 1st September 2018.The service was pretty good by the waitress. The food arrived but the one burger was cold and was sorted out later.With tip R1350 was paid.I went up to the manager and just mentioned to him that the burger was supoosed to come with avo but had a really tiny piece of ago on the burger which was charged for.His response was arrogant and rude telling me that when i come again he will fill the burger with avo.Fortunately their are many more restaurants with better service in Umhlanga Rocks.The reason I did not complain earlier is because the table did not want free coffees or anything else,only an apology.We will not be going back,and we do live in Umhlanga Rocks spoilt for choice.
