Appalling service

The service I've experienced today with the management and some of the staff at the restaurant is nothing short of appalling service. I ordered food in the afternoon and I waited for 45min I then decided to go shopping elsewhere and on my return I greet the manager in duty and the guy disregarded me and I decided to give them a chance and I ordered dinner via telephone and I go there to collect my food and the guy decides to disregard me because he wanted to hug alma girls that were leaving the restaurant while I stood there looked like an idiot . This guys are not doing me a favour and I won't be returning to this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend my family and friends to this bull**** services
