Butcher Boys or Botch up Boys?

We went there for my birthday last month. Poor service and disappointing meal. I asked for a medium rare ribeye steak - got an overdone piece of meat which didn't look at all like a ribeye. No follow up and didnot want to spoil the atmosphere by making a scene. Not hurrying back
