Butcher boys -Florida road - horrible service and staff

Terrible experience, I will never recommend anyone going to this restaurant, service was poor, our waiter was beyond unhelpful and care more on her appearance instead of taking our order. She never asked us how we wanted our stake, after we ordered our food then she tells us the card machine doesn't work and wanted us to go to the garage to withdraw money to pay. She demanded a 10 percent tip and say this is there company policy, she took my food away before I was done eating and when complained to the Manger he was not helpful at all, it took them two days to do an investigation which is so ridiculous as I can't understand what investigation you can possibly do after speaking to the waiter. She packed my food as a take away and did not even give me the sauce that I ordered with my meal. The Manger was so rude and it was just frustrating dealing with him. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
