Butcher boys. Disappointing main meal

I put this review off initially, but in light of having the sheetz for 2 days I decided otherwise. On Tuesday 10 December I was part of a large group at Butcher boys on Florida road. The night kicked off well drinks arrived on time and the starters were very nice but we were there for Steak! Highly anticipating the mouth watering meal that awaited us we placed our orders from Tomahawks to T bone and Rump. I asked for mine rare and char grilled on the outside. Then the meals arrive... I counted 4 people at my table that sent their order back as the steaks were not cooked as requested. From first glance to first bite it was just a disappointment for me. As a self proclaimed braai master with bragging rights in at least 3 kitchens, I know what a good steak should look and taste like, and this was not it. We then decided to take our meals home and told the waiter to get the steaks fixed and put them as take away for us.

A while passed so I decided to go see what's the hold up. At the grill it appeared to me that others meals had been sent back as well. I also noticed that the man at the grill had a sizeable beared but no beared net...hmm Bon appetite (I think that's how you spell it) The men's toilet was also not cleaned regularly as the bins were overflowing .

I got home and ate some of my meal , threw the rest away.
